Start with the included package
The October 25, 2026 bid package loads automatically, ready for you to explore. Create a free account and sign in to get started. No upload is needed. You can optionally upload a different PDF if you are bidding another cycle.

Describe what matters to you
Tell CrewBids what you want in plain language. You can mention terminals, mornings or nights, overtime, weekends off, exclusions, spareboard, UP, and more.

Review your ranked results
CrewBids ranks matching crews, explains why they fit, shows excluded crews, and lets you inspect daily jobs before you decide what belongs on your final list.

Email your bids and keep a saved copy

Every ranking, excluded crew, and explanation is available for free to every signed-in account, including new accounts. Create an account and sign in to use CrewBids, adjust your preferences, and save packages and bid lists.
